Function:

700e, 710e, and 720e Series Pump Pads are pre-engineered and pre-fabricated mechanical systems designed for installation in mechanical equipment rooms on projects where an underground pumping station is not feasible. Each ePAD arrives at the jobsite assembled, tested and ready to set in place to accept the interconnecting piping and conduits. This concept allows a single source responsibility for the total fountain package.

 

700e, 710e, and 720e Series are split into 3 main categories based on construction materials and component selection in order to meet specific requirements of a particular job.

1. The Bronze Series (B) uses schedule 40 PVC components where possible.

2. The Silver Series (S) uses schedule 80 PVC where possible.

3. The Gold Series (G) is the industry standard for a truly custom and purpose-built fountain system.

4. These three levels ensure that we are able to produce a system flexible enough to meet even the tightest project budgets.

 

700e Specifications:

• Each 700e Series Display Pump Pad is designed and manufactured with the following required equipment and optional standards:

  • Mounting Pad

    • Stainless steel construction with pre-drilled anchoring points

  • Pumping System

    • Hobbs 320-HP: 5 HP Centrifugal Pump. 3 phase power OR Hobbs 315-24: 5 through 20 HP Bronze Pump. 3 phase power

    • 208-230/460V available. Installer must provide additional 120V line for 460V systems

    • Basket strainer included

  • Electrical Control Panel (Dependent on total system requirements)

    • Delivered pre-wired and factory tested

    • Controls pump on/off, optional water level control, and optional fountain lighting

    • 1 and 3 phase versions, based on pump requirements

    • 1 and 3 phase panels can control up to (3) 500W lights or (5) 300W lights

  • Water Fill / Level Manifold (Optional) 

    • Hobbs 700e-BS 3/4” Fill/Level Manifold

    • Type “K” copper construction

    • 120V, single phase, slow-closing ‘make-up’ valve

    • * Installer is responsible for back flow preventor and pressure reducing valve on incoming water line

    • Hobbs 315-44: 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1-1/2, 2 , 3 HP Series Centrifugal Pump. 1 or 3 phase power OR Hobbs 320-HP: 5 HP Centrifugal Pump. 3 phase power

    • 115/208-230/460V available. Installer must provide additional 120V line for 460V systems

    • Basket strainer included

  • Filtration System

    • Hobbs 350-15 Series Clean & Clear Cartridge Filter, NSF Listed

    • 75 GPM max through filter, system includes bypass line for remainder of flow

    • Chemical resistant tank

    • 1” drain wash-out

  • Electrical Control Panel

    • Delivered pre-wired and factory tested

    • Controls pump on/off, optional water level control, and optional fountain lighting

    • 1 and 3 phase versions, based on pump requirements

    • 1 and 3 phase panels can control up to (3) 500W lights or (5) 300W lights

  • Chemical Treatment (Optional)

    • Hobbs 360e-BS Brominator Assembly

    • 25,000 gallon capacity

    • 60 GPM max through brominator, system includes bypass line for remainder of flow

  • Water Fill / Level Manifold (Optional)

    • 115/208-230/460V available. Installer must provide additional 120V line for 460V systems

    • Basket strainer included

  • Filtration System

    • Hobbs 352-60D Series Tagelus Sand Filter (mounted off of stainless steel pad)

    • 60 GPM max through filter, system includes bypass line for remainder of flow

    • Fiberglass reinforced tank

    • Six position, clamp style, top mounted multiport valve

  • Electrical Control Panel

    • Delivered pre-wired and factory tested

    • Controls pump on/off, optional water level control, and optional fountain lighting

    • 1 and 3 phase versions, based on pump requirements

    • 1 phase unit can control up to (3) 500W lights

    • 3 phase unit can control up to (6) 500W lights
